Due to safety reasons, work identity badges must be carried by everyone who helps during construction or dismantling of the stands. The badge must be carried visibly at all times and must be shown in order to get access to the exhibition area. Neckstraps are available at the Organiser's Office by the West Entrance.
A Work Identity Badge is only valid during construction and dismantling. Exhibitors' Badge is required during the fair.
There is a limited number of work identity badges per exhibitor. If you need additional badges please contact Henriette Haugan phone +45 9926 9982 or mail Horse and Rider. You can also stop by the Organiser's Office when you arrive to MCH and we will print the badge(s) you need.
As an exhibitor you are obliged to man your stand during the entire fair. Everyone working on the stand during the fair must carry an Exhibitor Badge. The badge must be shown in order to get access to the exhibition area. The badge is personal and must be carried visibly at all times.

All exhibitors have the possiblity to order an exhibitor charge card which can be used in all our restaurants as well as in the Technical Service Dept. It is not possible to buy on credit without this card.
The card must be ordered by e-mail. Deadline is 18 February 2020.

The exhibitor charge card can be collected at the Organizer's Office.
Please note: The credit card cannot be used until the first official day of construction, which is Monday the 2nd March.
In all our restaurants the service facilities are equipped with a barcode scanner where you can swipe the card. All exhibitors who make purchases in the restaurant will receive a voucher and the purchases will subsequently be included on your final invoice after the fair.
