Work ID Badges
Due to safety reasons, work identity badges must be carried by everyone who helps during construction or dismantling of the stands. The badge must be carried visibly at all times and must be shown in order to get access to the exhibition area. Neckstraps are available at the Exhibition Office at the West Entrance.
A Work ID Badge is only valid during construction and dismantling. Exhibitor Badges are required during the fair.
There is a limited number of work ID badges per exhibitor. If you need additional badges please contact us by phone +45 9926 9926 or mail Horse and Rider. You can also stop by the Exhibition Office when you arrive to MCH where we can print the badge(s) you need.
Exhibitor badges
As an exhibitor you are obliged to staff your stand during the entire fair. Everyone working on the stand during the fair must carry an Exhibitor Badge. The badge must be shown in order to get access to the exhibition area. The badge is personal and must be carried visibly at all times.
